TA mode Rotate the Multi-Control to choose TA ALARM or TA SEEK mode, When TA is turned on and no traffic program identification code has been received during the specified time, no TA/TP is displayed and either TA ALARM or TA SEEK is activated. TA ALARM mode Alarm is turned on. TA SEEK mode TA SEEK is activated. MASK mode Rotate the Multi-Control to choose MASK DPI or MASK ALL mode. In some cases, the AF function may be influenced by some interference, example shared signals with strong field but without the RDS data. For this reason, the unit has two options to avoid the above interference. MASK DPI mode Only the AF which has different program identification is masked. Woofer mode Rotate the Multi-Control to choose subwoofer on or off. ESP 40/120s ESP40: Selected as CD-ESP time 40 seconds. ESP120: Selected as CD-ESP time 120 seconds. MULT ON/OFF mode Multi Session ON/OFF. (Multi session OFF: mixed CD, ONE session CD; Multi session ON: Mixed, Extra, multi session CD). BEEP ON/OFF mode Rotate the Multi-Control to choose button beep sound on or off. 14 SEEK 1/2 mode Rotate the Multi-Control to choose radio seek mode 1 or 2. Press the Multi-Control again to play the track. 16 MP3 Overview Notes on MP3 • MP3 is short for MPEG Audio Layer 3 and refers to an audio compression technology standard. • This product allows playback of MP3 files on CD-ROM, CD-R or CD-RW discs. • The unit can read MP3 files written in the format compliant with ISO 9660.
